Celestial Nuit Beloved by the Earth
The lovely lady Nuit is the Egyptian goddess of this planet, this spirit of the starry heavens. She also graces the pages of the Book of the Law, the presiding deity: “her lovely hands upon the black earth and her lithe body arched for love, and her soft feet not hurting the little flowers.” Seb, the Earth, lies beneath her while she is lovingly supported by Shu, the air. The Book of the Law was dictated by a spirit in Cairo, claiming the new age began in 1904.
